At the VP Debate: We Need Unity in DC
on October 12th 2012
We may have heard less about the national debt in this second debate, but plenty of Kentuckians told us about why they wanted Congress to fix it.
They spoke of their children, their grandchildren, and the parties coming together. They told us about their own ways of cutting back, and how they’d like to see their government do the same.
It’s clear that the American people know what we need to do. But does Congress?
Over 265,000 Americans have signed our petition, and we need just as much as support as ever to make sure our leaders in Washington listen and understand: Inaction is Not an Option.
